Privacy notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how we process what you send through the contact form on this website, as required by Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the following company as data controller.

What we process

The name, email address, company name (optional) and message you enter in the form. When the form is sent, the IP address the request came from and the country it belongs to are added to the message automatically.

Please do not include personal details your request does not need, especially sensitive data such as health information.

Why we process it

Your name, email address, company name and message are used only to answer your request, to plan a demo and setup call if you ask for one, and to correspond with you about it.

The IP address and country are used to tell misuse of the form and unwanted submissions apart from real enquiries.

How it is collected and on what legal basis

The data is collected electronically when you send the form. The legal bases are these points of KVKK Article 5(2):

• (c) For a demo or quote request: processing is necessary for steps directly related to entering into a contract.
• (f) For general questions and to keep the form secure: our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Because the processing rests on these bases, your explicit consent is not asked for.

Retention

The website does not store the form in a database or on its own server. The moment you send it, it is turned into an email and delivered to our company mailbox.

That email stays in our mailbox as long as the correspondence about your request needs it, and is deleted once that purpose has ended. The service that sends the email may keep delivery records for a period under its own terms.

Who receives it

To run the form and deliver your message to us, your data is transferred to these service providers, which are established abroad:

• Cloudflare: hosting the website and processing the form.
• Brevo: sending the message as an email.
• Microsoft: our company mailbox (Microsoft 365).

It is not shared with anyone else. It may be disclosed only to public authorities legally entitled to request it, and only as far as the law requires.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about it if it is
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong
• Have it erased or destroyed under the conditions of KVKK Article 7
• Have third parties who received the data told about any correction, erasure or destruction
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of the data
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing

How to apply

To use these rights, send a signed written request to the postal address above, or write to the email address above from the address you used in the form.

State your name and what you are asking for.

We answer within 30 days at the latest, free of charge as a rule.
