How it works

1. IP cameras

   Your existing RTSP cameras.

2. Aithra Box

   On site, inside the plant. Video is processed here.

3. Command panel

   A dedicated view in the web browser for the plant manager, the HSE officer and the shift supervisor.

Installation and rollout

1. First week

   Survey and installation

   Camera angles, zones and rules are decided together. The Aithra Box is commissioned and your existing cameras are connected.

2. Week 2

   Silent measurement

   Alarms off, recording only. The plant’s real starting safety metrics emerge as they are, without intervention.

3. Week 3

   Warnings on the floor

   Audible alarms and notifications are switched on. Supervisors are trained on the panel. The rise in compliance is visible from the first week.

4. Month 1

   Targets and reporting

   Per-zone targets are set. The first monthly management report is produced and the training plan is shaped by the data.
